Our mission is to empower people—particularly those connected to local churches and community groups—to rebuild their lives, find meaningful work, and reintegrate into society.
Who We Are
Faith-Inspired & Hopeful
We are a Christian-led community interest company based in the Tees Valley, founded by Tom and Matty — two directors with over 15 years of experience in employability support.
We exist to help people rediscover their confidence, purpose, and potential through free, faith-rooted programmes delivered in churches and community spaces. Our mission is to walk alongside individuals who are unemployed, underemployed, or seeking a fresh start, offering practical support, encouragement, and pathways into work, training, or volunteering.
We believe in second chances, dignity through work, and the power of community. Our approach is relational, compassionate, and rooted in Christian values — welcoming people of all backgrounds.
